| TFE3

Transcription factor E3 is a protein that is encoded by the TFE3 gene.TFE3, a member of the helix-loop-helix family of transcription factors, binds to the mu-E3 motif of the immunoglobulin heavy-chain enhancer and is expressed in many cell types.

The recovery of Human TFE3 spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.
